Your project details, handled with purpose.

How information is used when you contact South Florida Sea Walls.

Information you choose to share

Our consultation form collects your name, email, phone number, property address and type, service needs, approximate seawall length, project timing and budget, preferred consultation times, and optional notes. We also record your consent and when you submit. Please avoid including sensitive personal or financial documents.

The homepage form temporarily saves your contact details in your browser tab to carry them to the full form without putting personal information in the URL. The full form retains a draft in that tab so a connection problem does not erase your work. Drafts expire after 30 minutes without an update and are removed after a confirmed submission. Until you select “Send consultation request,” your draft is not submitted to Ryan.

What happens when you send a request

The website sends your inquiry securely to our server, which validates it and saves it in Supabase. We use Resend to email Ryan a notification containing your inquiry details and a reference number. Your email is used as the reply-to address. A successful on-screen confirmation means the inquiry was saved; email notification is a separate process and can be retried if delivery fails. A consultation request does not book an appointment.

How your inquiry is used

Ryan uses your information to respond, discuss your needs, qualify the project, and coordinate potential introductions. We discuss any contractor introduction with you first. If you agree, relevant project and contact information may be shared with a prospective contractor. Participating contractors pay for leads. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Website services and security

Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores inquiries, and Resend processes notification emails. These providers process information needed to provide those services and may process it in the United States and other locations where they operate. Access to saved inquiries is restricted to authorized administrators and the server. Technical request information is processed to operate and protect the site; an obscured identifier derived from the network address helps limit spam and repeated submissions.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is off unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If you agree, Google receives website usage information and cookies help measure visits and completed inquiries. We send only known page paths and a completed-inquiry event. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, notes, or inquiry reference numbers to analytics. Clearly labeled test inquiries and duplicate retries are excluded from lead conversion events. We do not use advertising personalization.

You can decline analytics and still use the entire website and consultation form. Use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Your preference is stored in your browser for up to six months. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection from this site; it does not remove information already processed by Google.

Questions, corrections, and deletion

We keep inquiry records to manage your request, follow-up, and related business records. To ask about your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a request for contact, email Ryan@newriverstrategies.com. Include your reference number if available. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records where required to meet legal obligations.
