About these terms

These terms govern use of sflseawalls.com and its inquiry service. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to South Florida Sea Walls. Please read them before submitting an inquiry. Our privacy notice explains information handling; the consent shown on the inquiry form governs permission to contact you about that request.

An independent matching service

We provide general information and potential contractor introductions for waterfront projects. We do not perform construction, engineering, inspections, or permitting approvals, and we do not act as your contractor, engineer, or property inspector.

Participating contractors pay us for leads. Our network does not represent every available contractor, and a paid introduction is not an independent ranking or a guarantee of licensing, insurance, qualifications, workmanship, suitability, or outcome. Availability varies by project and location. We do not promise that an inquiry will result in an introduction.

Inquiries, contact, and introductions

Submitting an inquiry authorizes the contact described in the form. It does not book an appointment, reserve a contractor, or commit you to hiring anyone. We review your request and follow up to discuss next steps. We discuss contractor introductions with you before sharing your inquiry for that purpose.

An on-screen confirmation means the inquiry was saved. It does not guarantee notification email delivery, a particular response time, or contractor availability. You may ask us to stop follow-up or future introductions by emailing info@sflseawalls.com.

Your information and authority

The inquiry service is intended for adults. Provide accurate contact and project information and submit information about another person or property only when you have authority to do so. Do not impersonate someone else or include confidential documents, payment information, or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for an initial discussion.

Selecting and contracting with a professional

You decide whom to hire. Verify current credentials, insurance, references, relevant experience, scope, pricing, warranties, and contract terms directly with the provider. Confirm who is responsible for permits, engineering, inspections, payment schedules, and changes to the work.

Any construction or professional service is governed by your separate agreement with that provider. We are not a party to that agreement and do not supervise the work or provide the contractor’s warranties. Direct questions or disputes about its work, charges, delays, or warranties to the provider.

Educational information and urgent conditions

Content on this site is general background, not a site assessment, engineering opinion, legal advice, binding cost estimate, or determination of permit requirements. Conditions and requirements vary by property and may change. Obtain advice from qualified professionals before relying on information to make construction or safety decisions.

This website and its inbox are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If you suspect an immediate risk to people or property, keep clear of the affected area and contact emergency services or an appropriate local authority.

Permitted use and website content

You may view and share links to the site and keep reasonable copies for personal project planning, with attribution and notices intact. Site text, branding, images, and other materials belong to their respective owners. This does not grant permission to republish material commercially, use our branding to suggest endorsement, or copy third-party material beyond its license.

Do not send spam or malicious content, submit false inquiries, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, or disrupt the site. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service and its users.

Availability and external links

We work to provide useful information and a reliable inquiry process, but the site may contain errors or experience interruptions. We may update content and features. To the extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Links to third-party sites do not make us responsible for their content, services, or policies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits responsibility where applicable law prohibits it.

Updates and questions

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date. Changes apply prospectively and do not replace your separate agreement with a contractor. For questions, email info@sflseawalls.com. For help using the site, see our accessibility statement.
